3. The Deputy Ministry of Technical Vocational Educational and Training (DMTVET), Ministry of Education (MoE) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply of Blind School Equipment. as
The bidders may choose to quote for one or more lot(s) in the schedule of requirements and each ITQ will be evaluated and awarded separately. However, supplier shall quote for the complete requirement of goods and services specified under each ITQ on a single responsibility basis, failing which such bids will not be taken into account for evaluation and will not be considered for award.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Department, Afghanistan Skills Development Project (ASDP), Deputy Ministry of Technical Vocational Education and Training (DMTVET), Ministry of Education (MoE) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office hours from 08:00 to 16:00 Hrs from Saturday to Thursday, to 15 Aug, 2012.
7. A complete set of ITQ in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of Application to the address below or sending an e-mail to the address below and upon with free of cost.
8. ITQ must be delivered to the address below at or before (Afghanistan local time) on 15 Aug 2012. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. ITQ will be open on the same day .
