Minister of Education Arrives in Helmand on an Official Visit

The Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, Minister of Education of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, accompanied by a delegation, arrived in Helmand Province on an official visit and held a meeting with the Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Amanuddin Mansour, Governor of Helmand.
Welcoming the Minister of Education and his accompanying delegation, the Governor of Helmand extended a warm reception and described the visit as important for gaining a better understanding of the overall state of education in the province and strengthening educational affairs.
The primary purpose of the meeting was to review and assess the overall state of education and learning in Helmand Province and to discuss the existing challenges and needs in order to further strengthen and improve the educational process.
Minister of Education Mawlawi Habibullah Agha expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the provincial authorities of Helmand for their cooperation and support in advancing education. He called on the provincial administration to further enhance cooperation and support for the education sector, take necessary measures to address the needs of educational institutions, and strengthen coordination in this regard.
It is worth noting that during his visit to Helmand Province, the Minister of Education has visited a number of religious schools, general education schools, and other educational institutions. He is also scheduled to visit several additional educational centers as part of the ongoing visit.
