The Client Services Center has been inaugurated at the General Directorate of administrative in Ministry of Education
The inauguration ceremony of the "Client Services Center" at the General directorate of Administrative of the Ministry of Education was attended by Sheikh Noorul Haq Anwar, General Director of Administrative Affairs, Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, Acting Minister of Education, Deputy Ministers, and several heads of central departments, advisors, and employees of the ministry.
The ceremony began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran. Following this, Mufti Mohammad Yousuf Saqib, General Director of Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Education, welcomed the Acting Minister and other guests. He provided information about how the Client Services Center system will operate and emphasized that in the near future, other systems within this directorate will also be converted to electronic formats, which will be a significant achievement in streamlining administrative processes.
The Acting Minister of Education, pleased with the initiative of the General directorate of Administrative officials in facilitating necessary work processes, preventing delays, and ensuring transparency in handling applicants' documents, stated that streamlining processes is crucial for the advancement of administrative matters and is essential.
The General Director of Administrative Affairs also expressed satisfaction with the new systems in place, discussing the topic comprehensively and adding that the Islamic system is committed to building and improving the country's fundamental structures.
Experts also presented their introductions and work related to the Client Services Center, which were well-received by the attendees.
At the end of the ceremony, the team responsible for creating the system was recognized and awarded certificates of appreciation by the Ministry of Education's leadership.
The event concluded with a prayer for success.
