Inauguration of a Madrassa by the Acting Minister of Education in Herat Province
Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, the acting Minister of Education, who is on an official trip to assess the educational situation in Herat Province, visited the Zinda Jan district, accompanied by Mawlawi Rahmatullah Jaber, the head of the provincial education department, and other officials, to inaugurate a religious school in the district. According to education officials, this school has 8 classrooms and administrative facilities, along with all necessary requirements, including a boundary wall, and it cost a total of 8.5 million Afghanis to build. Initially, the head of the Herat education department welcomed the acting Minister to the province and briefly provided information about the educational and training situation there, as well as the activities of the education department. Subsequently, the acting Minister praised the work and efforts of the Herat education department, emphasizing that the expansion and development of educational centers across the country, particularly in remote and underserved areas, is a priority for the ministry. He also promised cooperation in addressing the problems faced by schools in the mentioned province.
