Deputy head of education and training at MoE, In order to raise the working capacity and professional skills, held a capacity building seminar for the employees of their departments.
participants are supposed to be trained about their work, including administrative and executive issues.
The Deputy department of Education and Training officials, stated that the purpose of holding this seminar is to enhance the administrative and executive capacity of employees.
They also expressed that one of the important indicators of the timely implementation of administrative affairs is the knowledge and skills of the employees to procedure and rules, this program is also undertaken for this purpose.
its worth mentioning, that the Deputy head of education and training at MoE, considers such programs to be effective in advancing administrative affairs and plans to hold similar seminars in provincial education directorates as well.
