The Acting Minister of Education Visits Ongoing Midterm Exams at Esteqlal High School in Kabul

Respected Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, the Acting Minister of Education, accompanied by Qari Abdul Basit Haqqani, the Head of Kabul City’s Education Department, and other officials, visited Esteqlal High School in Kabul to observe the ongoing four and half month exams.
Addressing the students, he said:
“Every young person in Afghanistan should be knowledgeable in both religious and modern sciences. This country has passed through difficult phases, and now it expects its youth to contribute to its reconstruction and serve with honesty.”
He further emphasized:
“Religious sciences are our core objective, and modern sciences are our necessity. Through both, we can liberate our country from dependency on foreigners and build an honorable, independent, and developed Afghanistan.”
He advised the students to put maximum effort into learning, dedicate their time to study, lessons, and scientific innovation, and never be content with the knowledge they have already acquired.
Following this, the Head of the Kabul Education Department expressed his gratitude for the visit and the guidance of the Acting Minister, assuring that they will make additional efforts to implement the ministry’s directives, plans, and decisions.
