د هرات ولایت پوهنې مینه والو په تېرو دوو میاشتو کې پوهنې ریاست ته د ۳۵۰ زره افغانیو په لګښت څه د پاسه۷ جرېبه ځمکه وقف کړه.
د یاد ولایت پوهنې رئیس محترم مولوي رحمت الله جابر د پوهنې په برخه کې د خلکو ملاتړ څخه د مننې په څرګندولو سره وویل چې مرسته شوې ځمکه د رباط‌سنګي او زیر‌کوه په ولسوالیو کې د سیمه‌ییزو خلکو لخوا د ښوونځیو جوړولو لپاره ورکړل شوې دي.
نوموړي په ​​خپله وینا کې پوهنې ته د ځمکې ورکول صدقه‌جاریه نېک عمل وباله او له خلکو یې وغوښتل چې له پوهنې ریاست سره مادي او معنوي مرسته وکړي.
