The foundation stone of a school was laid by the Honorable Minister of Education in Bamyan Province
The Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, Minister of Education of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, during his official visit to Bamyan Province, laid the foundation stone of a middle school in the Panjab District of the province.
During the ceremony, the Honorable Minister of Education expressed gratitude for the warm reception of the people and said: “All requests of the people of this district in the field of education will be reviewed and implemented to the extent possible and within available capacity.”
Referring to the role of this school in the development of education and upbringing of the children of the area, he added: “ 39 specialized high schools will be established across the country, where each student will be able to study according to their field.”
Qari Enayatullah Sahar, Head of Education of Bamyan Province, while welcoming the Honorable Minister of Education and his accompanying delegation, added that this school will be constructed at a cost of 121,800 USD. It will be a single-story building with a solid and standard structure, including six classrooms, two administrative offices, and a water supply system. Upon completion, it will provide a suitable learning environment for hundreds of children in the area.
