د پوهنې یو همکار بنسټ په ملاتړ، د پکتیکا ولایت سرروضې ولسوالۍ ښوونکو لپاره د مسلکي وړتیاوو لوړولو ۸ ورځنی ورکشاپ جوړ شو.
په دغه سیمینار کې ۲۰ تنه ښوونکي د یادې ولسوالۍ له بېلابېلو ښوونځيو څخه ګډون لري. 
د مسئولینو په وینا، د یاد پروګرام موخه د ښوونکو مسلکي مهارتونو پیاوړتیا او د تدریس کیفیت لوړول دي.
مسئولین زیاتوي، چې د ښوونکو او د ریاست کارکوونکو وړتیا لوړولو لپاره د مناسبو تعلیمي فرصتونو رامنځته کولو هڅې په دوامداره توګه روانې دي.
