Consultative Meeting Held Between the Ministry of Education Leadership and a Number of Religious Scholars and Madrasa Principals in Maidan Wardak Province

A consultative meeting was held with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Education, religious scholars, and principals of religious madrasas in Maidan Wardak Province, aimed at improving the quality of education, ensuring better implementation of the curriculum, and organizing administrative affairs in religious madrasas.
The meeting was attended by Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, Minister of Education; deputy ministers and a number of directors of the Ministry of Education; Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Khairullah Khairkhwah, Governor of Maidan Wardak; provincial education officials; religious scholars from Maidan Wardak, Ghazni, and Bamyan provinces; and principals of religious madrasas.
Honorable Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, Minister of Education, described improving the academic quality of religious madrasas as a shared responsibility. He emphasized the importance of developing and implementing a well-organized educational program and benefiting from the advice and recommendations of religious scholars and madrasa principals.
Alhaj Mawlawi Karamatullah Akhundzada, Deputy Minister for Islamic Education at the Ministry of Education, stated that a healthy society is built on knowledge and quality education. He added that the recommendations of religious scholars and madrasa principals regarding the improvement of educational quality in religious madrasas would be collected and shared with the leadership of the Ministry of Education.
Alhaj Mawlawi Sibtullah Wasil, Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration at the Ministry of Education, also emphasized the need to organize the administrative system of religious madrasas and ensure effective oversight of administrative affairs.
Mufti Abdul Wali Sadad, Director of Talent Assessment at the Ministry of Education, also stressed the importance of the full and proper implementation of the existing curriculum.
In his remarks, the Governor of Maidan Wardak welcomed the convening of the meeting and emphasized the importance of holding similar consultative meetings and sharing experiences among religious scholars to improve the quality of religious madrasas.
At the conclusion of the meeting, religious scholars and madrasa principals presented their recommendations for improving educational and administrative affairs. The participants also emphasized joint cooperation and sustained efforts to enhance the quality of education in religious madrasas.
