Coordination Meeting of School and madrassa Officials in Kabul Held with the Presence of the Acting Minister of Education

A grand gathering was held with the presence of Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, the Acting Minister of Education, alongside several directors, officials, and employees of the ministry. The meeting aimed to enhance coordination to improve the quality of teaching and administrative affairs in the schools of Kabul city.
At the beginning, Qari Abdul Basit Haqqani, the Head of Kabul City Education Department, welcomed the guests and participants. He highlighted the effectiveness and benefits of coordination among the school officials and stakeholders in raising educational standards and streamlining administrative processes in the mentioned religious centers. He also provided information on the key topics under discussion.
Following this, the Acting Minister of Education expressed his satisfaction with holding such consultative and idea-sharing meetings. He stated that scholars play a crucial and fundamental role in educating future generations and reforming society from vices, and that it is the scholars who guide society toward the straight path.
He emphasized: “I urge all school stakeholders and officials of religious educational institutions to make serious and increased efforts to improve the quality of teaching in your schools.”
In turn, Mawlawi Abdul Razzaq Seddiq, Head of Schools and Darul-Hifaz, addressed the scholars, saying: “We ask you to fulfill your responsibilities toward the sound education and upbringing of the nation’s children to the best of your abilities, and to make every possible effort to eliminate deficiencies and shortcomings in your schools.”
He added that the Ministry of Education recently distributed stationery and educational materials to the schools and is committed to actively working to resolve other issues they may face.
He also called on school officials to organize academic competitions among students and learners to enhance their educational levels.
