د یاد ولایت پوهنې رئیس ښاغلي الحاج عبدالرحمن حمیدي په وینا، دغه سیمینار د پل علم ښار او د محمد اغې، بره‌کي‌برک او خوښۍ ولسوالیو د ۶۰  بابه ښوونځیو ښوونکو لپاره جوړ شوی و، چې بنسټیزه موخه یې د ښوونکو مسلکي ظرفیتونو پیاوړتیا، د نویو تدریسي مېتودونه معرفي کول او په ټولګیو کې د اغېزمنو او عملي زده‌کړو ترویج دی.
