Signing of the Simplifying Process Agreement Between the Ministry of Education and the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs

In the ceremony for the signing of the simplification process agreement between the Ministry of Education and the Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Authority, represented by the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, several key officials were present. These included Alhaj Mawlawi Sakhaullah Saeed, Deputy Minister for Education and Acting Minister; Alhaj Mawlawi Abdul Khaleq Sadiq, Deputy Minister for Quality Assurance; several directors and central officials of the Ministry of Education; Alhaj Mawlawi Saifuddin Tayeb, Deputy of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs; Sheikh Mohammad Tawous Tariq, Head of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Authority; and a number of other guests.
At the beginning, the Deputy Minister for Education and Acting Minister of the Ministry of Education welcomed the attendees and provided comprehensive information regarding the agreement. He stated that the agreement aims to strengthen the administrative structure of the education system and to ensure speed, transparency, and efficiency within the Ministry of Education.
Subsequently, the Deputy of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs described the Ministry of Education as one of the most important and key ministries. He expressed his pleasure over the signing of the simplification agreement between the two entities and thanked all officials who contributed to the initiative.
Likewise, the Head of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Authority described the signing of this agreement between the Ministry of Education and his office as a significant opportunity. He mentioned that so far, his authority has simplified 942 complex public processes across various departments to facilitate easier services, and the signing of today’s agreement is a testament to that commitment. He further emphasized that they plan to simplify more processes in the future that cause delays in administrative affairs.
Following that, the Deputy Minister for Quality Assurance of the Ministry also delivered an extensive speech on the significance of the agreement and highlighted its positive aspects.
At the end of the speeches, the simplification process agreement was signed by the Deputy Minister for Education and Acting Minister on behalf of the Ministry of Education, and by the Deputy Director General on behalf of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.
Finally, certificates of appreciation were distributed by the officials to those Ministry of Education staff members who had made efforts in facilitating the preparations for the agreement.
The event concluded with a closing prayer recited by Al-Haj Mawlawi Shahabuddin Thaqib, General Director of the Office of the Minister of Education.
